Building the Visual Identity of Ciné Bahini Studios
I developed the brand identity for Ciné Bahini Studios from the ground up, beginning with its positioning as a regiment of creative entrepreneurs working across storytelling, technology, and research. The identity needed to reflect both sides of the studio: the cultural depth of cinema and its interest in emerging fields such as gaming, generative AI and 3D filmmaking.
From the logo to the wider visual system, I created an identity that feels contemporary, adaptable and distinct. The design brings together collaboration, academic rigor and technological experimentation without losing the human character of storytelling. The result is a flexible brand language that can work across films, digital platforms, distribution initiatives and future creative ventures.
Translating the Brand into a Digital Experience
The website extended Ciné Bahini’s identity into a clear and engaging digital experience. I worked on the website strategy, information architecture, interface design and overall user journey, ensuring that the studio’s diverse capabilities could be understood without making the platform feel fragmented or overloaded.
The UI/UX balances strong visual storytelling with functional navigation. It presents the studio’s work, services and philosophy while accommodating its growing engagement with filmmaking, distribution, gaming, generative AI and 3D production. The website works not simply as a portfolio, but as a digital expression of Ciné Bahini’s evolving practice: collaborative, research-driven and prepared for emerging creative platforms.
